Sizing & Fit

Yes! Our Tall fit adds 2″ in the leg. If it’s not in stock, we can special order it (a small surcharge may apply).

Safety Standards & Certifications

Our FR gear meets industry standards for flash fire and arc flash protection, including CGSB 155.20, CSA Z462, and ASTM F1506-08. It’s also OSHA compliant.

Yes. Every detail — from the zippers and snaps to Velcro and thread — is certified by trusted suppliers.

The estimated rating is 40 (Indura UltraSoft), based on manufacturer specs.

Materials & Durability

We use Westex UltraSoft as our standard, and we also offer options in Nomex and other FR fabrics if needed.
  • 100% Cotton: about 3%–5%
  • Westex UltraSoft (FR): about 3%
Velcro naturally picks up lint over time. To keep it working its best, always close it before tossing your garment in the wash.

Yes! If you don’t see what you need, reach out. If the fabric/colour/striping is available, we can order it in (surcharge may apply).

Ordering, Shipping & Taxes

Absolutely. We ship worldwide! Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
For Canadian orders, tax is based on the province we’re shipping to.
You’ll see shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred Canada Post service.
If we haven’t shipped it yet — yes! Email orders@covergalls.com right away with your order number.

Within Canada: No duties.
U.S.: Canadian-made products are typically duty-free.
Other countries: Duties may apply.

Yes. You’ll get an email with a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Guarantee & Returns

Yes! We stand behind our gear with a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee covering seams, stripes, and workmanship. Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, or sizing issues aren’t covered.
We want you to love your Covergalls. If not, you can return items within 15 days in their original condition for an exchange, store credit, or refund. If we sent the wrong item or it’s defective, we’ll cover return shipping. Email orders@covergalls.com to get started.
