We are excited to announce that Covergalls and Femina Collective have come together to launch "Lead Like A Woman." This iconic minimalist t-shirt represents the passion behind two like-minded, women-led businesses that are championing women in the workforce.
"Lead Like A Woman" offers a new opportunity to support and radically change the experience and representation of women in the Natural Resource space.

If you haven't had a chance to learn about Femina Collective, we encourage you to check out their site. Their work aims to allow bold, ambitious women who work directly, or indirectly in the Natural Resource sector, to come together and share challenges and successes. The Collective also offers resources like mentoring to support individual growth and leadership potential.
If we are going to radically change the experience and representation of women in the Natural Resource space, then we collectively need to support and encourage young women to enter the field.- Femina Collective
The goal of Covergalls' collaboration with Femina Collective is to help support The Collective Scholarship, which is an important part of Femina Collective. The Scholarship is awarded to a woman who is enrolled in a post-secondary program, or trade apprenticeship related to the natural resource space. Applications are open between March to May each year, and recipients are selected and notified in June.
All proceeds from the purchase of our "Lead Like A Women" Tee will be donated to the Scholarship and will be available for purchase starting June 17th on Covergalls' online store.
