Covergalls is a proudly Canadian company on a mission to transform workwear for women in industrial and skilled trades.

It all started with a simple but very real challenge: for too long, women were forced to wear gear that wasn’t made for them — creating daily struggles with safety, comfort, and even basic needs like bathroom breaks and access to proper facilities.

What began as frustration became the spark for innovation. In 2013, our founder Alicia Woods, a passionate advocate for women in the workforce, set out to change the landscape of protective clothing. Her vision was simple: workwear should fit everyone. From that belief came the very first Covergalls Coverall — functional, protective, inclusive and designed to work as hard as the women wearing it.

Today, Covergalls has grown into a full workwear company, with an expanding line that includes bibs, tops and bottoms, hi-vis gear, maternity PPE, and more. Every product is built to support safety, comfort, and confidence across industries like mining, construction, energy, and manufacturing.

And while our story began with women, our mission has expanded. We now design and produce inclusive PPE and workwear for everyone — women and men alike under our brand cg Workwear — because when workwear works for all, the work gets done better.
