Travel Plans For The Holidays? Check out our deals and tips for this season

If you're thinking of traveling during the holidays, whether that be back home or elsewhere, you are not alone. Extra precautions and steps, however, remain important this year to stay safe.

A big one that hasn't changed: The Government of Canada still requires that all travellers six years and older wear a face mask large enough to cover their mouth, nose and chin during their entire trip.

Knowing this, and to help prepare you for your adventures home this season, we've extended our deal on face masks!

Right now you can purchase a face mask for 25% off. Our hand sanitizer, under 100ml, is a perfect add for travel too. They are the perfect gift to yourself to travel home safely (or Secret Santa gift / stocking stuffer).

If you are an employer, make sure to check out our deals for packs of face masks. It could be the perfect gift to your employees before they leave for the holidays. For a limited time, we're offering a bulk deal for those who purchase 25 masks or more. Contact us for more details.

Planning a trip outside of Canada? It's crucial to be prepared

Travel plans this season will be busy - so expect delays and be prepared! In addition to wearing face masks, there are many other restrictions.

If you are travelling outside Canada, remember:

A recent example is the Canadians that got stuck in South Africa due to new restrictions on travel from the Omicron variant. New exemptions have allowed Canadians previously stranded in South Africa the ability to travel home but remember to stay up-to-date!

  • Fully vaccinated travellers who have been in any country other than Canada and the United States in the 14 days prior to entry to Canada may be selected for arrival testing (they must quarantine in a suitable place until they receive a negative test result).
  • Download and use the app ArriveCAN** - it is mandatory! All travellers - whether by sea, air, or rail - must use the ArriveCAN app and need to submit info 72 hours in advance of entry into the country. The app allows travellers to input data on things like their COVID-19 test results and other important documents.

**Heads up: ArriveCAN will undergo a scheduled upgrade on December 9, 2021, from 6:00 am to 8:00 am EST and on December 14, 2021, from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST. This will result in a service disruption. During this time, you will not be able to access ArriveCAN. So if you are traveling during that time make sure submit your ArriveCAN information before or after the scheduled maintenance time!
